They do burgers right. The garlic fries are really good as well.

Really good burgers. Don't like the breading on onion rings. Really enjoyed the environment with the past owners. The new place has a lot of conversations going on in kitchen area. Almost feel like you are interrupting their conversations.

My husband and I ordered from here for the first time today. EVERYTHING we got was absolutely delicious, and the fact they were able to deliver on base is a HUGE plus. Will definitely be ordering from here again, thank you so much for the wonderful food! 😊😊

Good burger and good service

Ordered a cobb salad with chicken, added a kobe beef patty. Was a great lunch. They cook everything fresh so there is a wait worth it.

I recently went to this hamburger joint. What a fantastic place to go!! I had a superb hamburger, which included chocolate sauce, four strips of bacon, brie cheese, and over a half pound of excellent hamburger meat. I also ordered a side of onion rings in a tempura batter, cooked lightly crispy and to perfection. This truly rated one of the finest hamburgers I have ever had! The beef was cooked just right, condiments were A++ quality, and fantastic customer service and hospitality. If I could rate Boar's Breath establishment any higher, I would. Most people would not think the combination I had would be good, but surprisingly: it was incredible. Definitely stop by and have the many choices of hamburger specialties available, side dishes, and drinks to choose from here. You definitely won't be sorry.

There was a change on the sliders... not a fan of it. Wouldn't order the sliders again. Wings are still good. The texture of the sliders was just different. The fried onions that gave the sliders texture was soggy, which didn't give the overall slider balance.

Food is amazing. Staff is professional and polite. I watched the manager today deal with an a-hole drunk guy that wanted more booze. Despite his constant verbal assault she remained precessional and firm. She didn't allow him to continue getting hammered. She deserves a raise!!

Boar's Breath has easily become my favorite burger joint. I seriously need to try their other menu options, but I love the burgers so much.

This place was delicious! The higher grade burger 🍔 was cooked perfectly on a chewy pretzel like bun. It was juicy but not overly greasy. The steak fries were piping hot and scrumptious. They have a nice few selections of beer on tap. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it was not very clean and the customer service wasn’t great.

It is a cute local restaurant of port hueneme. Good place to meet up for a drink and burger but it is average. Menu has hamburgers, sandwhiches, hot dogs, salads and gyro.

That place has an unusual menu but i always find it tasty and well cooked what i ordered. Nice and convenient place to have lunch if you work in the port hueneme base. It gets busy sometime around lunch but service is fast

Awesome "hole in the wall" burger joint in Port Hueneme. Great service, prices as expected for gourmet burgers. Can recommend the BBQ burger as well as the Not-yo-mom's Burger. Recommended!

I do love this place. They have a huge selection of food and drinks! There burgers are amazing and they even offer Kobe beef. The employees work hard and really do a great job. I highly reccomend this place. I eat here as much as I can because it's so good.

The crispiest chicken wings I've had, no breading! I had the three garlic parmesan but they had a few other flavors. Delicious. I also had a salad. My son had a burger which he said was good. Great value for the money.

Try their "Kick Burger". I get it with cheese. It is tall, juicy, loaded with flavor and comes with an awesome spicy sauce. The price is right too! They also have wonderful garlic potato chips that always come to me fresh, hot and crispy. They have many other items on the menu, but being a burger guy, I haven't gotten to them yet. If you want a Kobe beef burger, they have got you covered. The staff seems to have a real focus on customer service. It is really nice to be a greeted with a cheerful smile when I come in. I have been going to BB regularly for about 6 months and consider myself a loyal customer. They also have a pretty big selection of craft beer on tap. Give BB a try, I think you'll like it.

It was a good burger joint. I enjoyed the burger and the garlic fries but the garlic fries did have a tad bit too much garlic. It's okay though, because I enjoyed myself very much!

Savory Sammy, Philly Cheese Sandwich was a peppery, smokey roast beef flavor bomb. The reviews have only critiqued the burgers and forgot a large section of the menu. Well, the fat guy loves the Philly, and wants to try the others wraps and “sammy’s” on the list.

Ordering a gyro at a burger place is risky, it was better than average. Be advised their advertised prices on their online ordering is not accurate.

Best burger and sandwich shop I've found in Oxnard/Ventura area.

I am coming down the coast from SF on my bicycle and stopped here for a delicious lunch. No complaints here, after reading reviews about the onion rings, I just say they lived up to the hype and were absolutely delicious. I also ordered my egg over easy on my burger, and 9 out of 10 restaurants get it wrong. The egg was cooked (or not cooked, depending on how you look at it) with perfection and the yolk flowed and dropped all over my burger. Additionally after chatting with one of the owners, she told me how they don’t mind it when cyclists bring their bikes inside, which is so refreshing as I’m not carrying a lock. Super bike friendly place!! Thanks.

I'm not sure if I have reviewed this place or not but my 5 stars is legit. 1) military discount 2) great beers on tap that rotates 3) great and friendly service 4) close to the base 5) always add new menu items 6) great beers on tap that rotates 7) insert an adjective that describes awesome.

Omg😲😲😲burgers are awsome! The onion rings are even better. It's pricey tho so be ready to pay if you like to upgrade to the Kobe meat and onion rings. I usually feed 4 people at a time so I can go broke. If it's 1 or 2 people it's not too bad. Must try!
